I'm a TV show host, I Produce, I'm a Life Coach and a Personal Trainer. I love anything that has to do with health and fitness. My fans have requested that I film my workout routine, and since I am all about LIFE! Invented this VDA! workout. You can do it at home, work, park, a friend's house, the beach... anywhere! The first two videos should keep you busy for a few weeks. Do the workout 3 times a week and alternate with your choice of cardio for the other 2 days of the week. You can take a day off :)
