Well, for 8 - 11 I summoned a sportscar, attached some glue to the back, attached the lightning rod to the car, glued a hook on top of the lightning rod, and drove into the wire (make sure it's the proper height).
For 9 - 8 I summoned "music," "food," and "clothes" and moved them around the room till each invisible ghost reacted to them. They'll automatically end up in the little section on the bottom left area of the screen.
