  • Great vid. This reminds me of the hump back whales lumps on it's leading edge of its fins. They were said to be a poor design as all aircraft designers "know" that leading edges should be smooth. No one thought to test it out. Well someone eventually did decide to check it out. He is now selling industrial ceiling fans with new technology inspired by the hump back whales fins. And the increases in performance are significant, as is initial testing for applying it to wind farm propeller blades.

  • Vestigial Structures or Organs are structures that have lost all or most of there original function. Such as the human appendix which is the shrunken remainder of the cecum, used by herbivores to digest cellulose. As the human appendix is no longer capable of digesting cellulose, it is regarded as a Vestigial organ, regardless of any minor function it may still have. Why design a shrunken remainder of something that might play a role in the immune system? That's not intelligent, its evolution!

  • Around 7:35 he cites books from 1976! Honest research? And about the appendix having an actual function: Two doctors, Loren and Zahid, recently suggested that the appendix might play a role in the immune system, although more research has yet to show this is true in all cases. Creationism can't account for these examples of human vestigiality: wisdom teeth, Jacobson's organ in the olfactory region, the transparent third eyelid that all humans have or some vestigial reflex (AKA: goosebumps) etc.

  • nice!

  • great job. the darwinism it's not true

  • This video is rubbish!! This is all just semantics. Vestigial means the body part has lost its original function not that it necessarily has no function. How does this disprove evolution?

  • @TChapman500 And do these textbooks write themselves? Of course not. Everything you say goes back to how you don't like the teachers who write and teach about evolution. I bet you are familiar with Harding, Lipscomb, Freed-Hardemen and Abilene Christian. Each of these schools have biology departments that teach modern evolution from standard textbooks. Are these the same "evolutionists" that you slur? I certainly hope not.

  • @jcchurch And you are deliberately misrepresenting my position! It's not the teachers I'm complaining about! It's the textbooks that are being printed! We're talking about what's being printed in the textbooks! I hold nothing against the teachers! But I do hold to the position that lies are being printed into the textbooks and that they (the textbooks) should be removed! I've said nothing about the teachers, only about the textbooks.
