great resolution....in HD mode... best I have seen so far. Nice tricks with depth of field shift...

Frame rate could be a tad smoother.... but doesn't detract much from otherwise excellent shooting.

I own CS-4, but I don't use it hardly at all. I am stuck on Sony Vegas Pro. You can set the frame rate to 30 for smooth video. If you don't use an encoder there is no point trying to explain it since there are several different brands with different encoding choices. H.264 and Streaming Flash are probably the most popular formats
