Home made beer done super easy stage 1,part2.

The second part of stage 1,as it turned out I could not cut it down to under ten minutes so I split it into to two. I just found your videos on Brumix... I thought I was the only one who made one on this fine pale ale.....lol Mind you i prefer to make mine without boiling. Nice to see someone else from HRM here on youtube =]

Nice video. A couple things you might want to try is cutting your corn sugar down a bit and substitute it with some dry malt. Also 82 F is very warm, and your yeast is going to kick off a lot of esters (fruity flavours) and fusel alcohols. 70 F is the best temperature.
