Fugitive dust leaving site and covering my neighborhood.

the Bartlesville Public Schools contracted to have a building removed to build a new parking lot. After a asbestos abatement that I can only hope was successful, they knocked down the building on one of the windiest days of the year despite the fact that I voiced my concerns. I made several calls to no avail. My kids have runny noses and I am having problems with asthma today... I wonder why? Who cares though, right? What matters is the Bartlesville high school is about to get a new parking lot. I'm sure the kids will be scoring much higher on their testing once that gets put in.
