You can now take HD movies with sound on demand. This is because the camera has a dedicated Movie button that allows you to start shooting movies even if it is not in Movie Mode.

If the companies were giving the reviewer the cameras, they would be buying his opinion. How could you give a bad review when you are getting free cameras given to you all the time. That would be a classic 'conflict of interest'. I would not want to listen to a reviewer who is bragging about a camera he gets free for doing the review.

I WANT IT! :D

Is this an Interchangeable lens camera?

Do you know how to do Time-Lapse Photography with this camera, or ANY camera?
It easy with this device: tempus.bymac.org

@pingtran cheeky.... he isnt going to sell you a camera at a massive discount because he 'messed about with it' . you really think he buys hundreds of cameras and sells them off to scroungers like you? I dont think so

What happens to the cameras you have reviewed? Do you sell them off cheap? If so I want the SX10 is. I'll give you £200 for it since its been opened and messed about with in your digital digits.

@pingtran They're all loans from the manufacturers and get returned after testing.

Quick question, if it's alright: I'm having trouble with the aperture settings. No matter what setting I have it at, the depth of field stays the same and I can't seem to get a smaller depth of field. Any tips?

It's hard to get a shallow depoth of field on a non-DSLR. Your best bet is to zoom the lens in a lot and make sure your subject is close.
