    Sorry for the huge delay in replying. I set this up and didnt think much of it until I looked at it the other day. I will be makeing more videos and puplishing recipes.

    Typically Polish Sausage does not have garlic? My friend, garlic is a staple of Polish Sausage!!!  I live in Buffalo, New York & from Greenpoint Brooklyn, NY... both HUGE Polish communities! Believe me... Polish Sausage DOES contain garlic, would not be Polish without!

    Shouldn't you be using Insta cure #1 instead of the #2?

    #1 is for product that is to be smoked and cooked.

    #2 is a slow release product used in making a dry cured product

    Typically polish sausage doesn't have garlic? you are kidding ...right? I know there are variations but...polish sausage has garlic and marjoram...we have a butcher from poland he seen this and was like...thats is not the way to make real polish sausage...and he is an award winning sausage maker that people line up on holidays outside the door for it...just letting you know...
