  • Typically polish sausage doesn't have garlic? you are kidding ...right? I know there are variations but...polish sausage has garlic and marjoram...we have a butcher from poland he seen this and was like...thats is not the way to make real polish sausage...and he is an award winning sausage maker that people line up on holidays outside the door for it...just letting you know...

  • you should of mixed all the dry spices in with the cold water and added it to the meat really slow while you mixed it . wheres the fresh onion my aunt is polish she uses 10 to 12 whole onion for 25lbs meat

  • Just watched your whole series on polish sausage.AWESOME! Your finished sausage had been the best one I have seen so far. If its not a secret I would love to get ahold of your recipe. Of its ok let me know. Again great video!
