Have you ever /really/ listened to the lyrics from Katy Perry's "Firework" or Bruno Mars "Grenade"? If you have then you may have some of the same questions comedian/musician Rob Paravonian has.

  • I love these videos where you make fun of hit songs. Why do you only do them once every 15 years. More often!

  • @TheCeejReturns Ha! I know. I promise to try to be more active in the new year. It's challenging to get good video/audio out of a comedy club, but I've asked Santa for some new gear.... Thanks for the comment, glad you like the few vids I've put up!

  • You should come to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year Rob, be great to see you live rather than just in 2 min long vid!

  • please come to argentina rob!!!

  • I am the niece he's talking about... O.O haha love you Uncle Rob! <3 <3 <3

  • I always thought that when Katy was saying, "make them go 'uh, uh, uh'" she wanted her boy to make them have an orgasm. Presumably because she wanted him to have sex with them.

I also wondered how one would even catch a grenade. If the pin was still in, that wouldn't be a big deal, but the again I don't know how impressive catching a pinned grenade is. If the pin was out. . .well, then you would be a firework. :)

  • I would love to attend one of your shows and drink whiskey while listening you (and laughing)

  • @paravonian Get Santa to give you a paypal link that we can donate to ;)

  • @paravonian You must have worked at Valve game studios (makers of the successful Half-Life and Team Fortress games) then. ;)

Nooo..that's not a dig at wonderful Valve because their game releases are once every few decades... /sarcasm.

  • your videos never cease to amaze me. Keep them coming!
