Paul Cadmus (1904-1999) has been considered like an american magic realistic painter by critics. Your real and hot debut was observed like a scandal - The Fleet's In! (1933). However he can be more than the tradicional point of view over his work - elements of eroticism and social critics. What a perfect song to accompany Cadmus! Makes me think of Tennessee Williams getting raped on the beach in Acapulco, for some reason. The combination of Cadmus scandalous images with the song, probably. Actually, I've never heard music quite like that. Really wonderful.
