hey I just can tell you the following: you need to do it every day, so you must practice to have a good equilibrium. and to practice that I just can say: first stand, then go with your hands on the ground, put your middle part of your head on the floor and when you go up you must look at you foot (you must do something like a L with you legs) I hope you understood it xD if not ask me on my profile
