14.1hh, 17 years young grey Connemara gelding. Amazing conformation. Pickles is the perfect pony club pony, absolute 100% genuine and safe schoolmaster, he is a complete allrounder, will turn his hoof to anything! Been there done that, got the Tshirt type horse, will take anyone to the top! Pickles knows his job inside out, and will teach you so much. He is excellent for nervous novices, but then will upgrade himself for the more experienced rider; he completely adjusts to whoever is riding him. Always tries his heart out for you and will put his all into whatever you ask of him.
Pickles has competed in numerous show jumping competitions, always clear, never comes home without a rosette! Never touches poles, very honest, forgiving and scopey over a fence; not silly into a fence, snaffle mouthed. He never backs off to fillers, water trays, etc, will jump any jump, however scary it looks! Never spooks, 100% bombproof, hacks alone and in company, first or last, great in even the heaviest of traffic.

He also is scores very well in dressage, has achieved scores up to 70% at prelim level, and has placed every time out. He has also successfully competed and placed at novice level. He is a cross country machine, very bold and thoroughly enjoys it, although is not strong or silly, and will go at whatever pace you choose. Pickles is a great pony for Eventing, he has done many ODEs and because he is such an allrounder, he excels in each phase. Has attended many pony club rallies, been to pony club camp for 4 years running, and has taken part in lots of pony club teams with success.
Ideal family pony, is currently ridden by a competitive 15 year old girl, and her two sisters, a novice 12 year old, who has competed him in beginner jumping classes, placed every time out. She had lost all her confidence with her last horse and he has instilled her with the confidence that she lacked. Also ridden by a nervous 16 year old, who has competed him in her first ever dressage test and shown him in hand, placed in both; he is anyones ride.
Fit, sound and ready to go, 100% catch, shoe, clip, load, wash, groom, etc. No vices stable or ridden. Vaccinations, teeth, worming up to date. Never lame sick or sorry, open to 5 stage vetting.
Extremely heart breaking sale of this much loved one in a million pony, due to rider outgrowing him; Pickles will be greatly missed.
