it's not "no question" that cormega's better. it's more like your opinion with no defense. jay and mega are completely comparable. both talk about the streets, selling crack, and personal issues. you act as if mega's in some different dimension just because he's underground.

i know jay-z' overrated... but he's better than cormega. mobb deep are in my personal top 5. but you can't say they're overall better rappers than jay. they usually just talk about killing. i have listened to all of mega and mobb deep's tracks. it's not me blindly following, it's you just hating jay-z like most underground heads. ya'll usually accuse jay of being repetitive but won't mind if an underground rapper is.

blackmoon isn't better than jay. mobb deep i love and listen to waaay more than jay, but they aren't better than jay lyrically or in content or consistency. immortal technique is the most overrated underground rapper. jedi mind tricks have some great stuff.

what about consistency? what content does mega have that jay-z doesn't? jay has covered just as much content as mega has. mega also raps about the samething over and over(how real he is, how good he thinks he is lyrically), so thats kinda hypocritical to hold that against jay. born in raised being better than everything jay-z has done is complete comedy.lol

@RelaxednCaIm You wont even address what I said about consistency and content. Jay-Z s most recent album with Kanye was complete shit lyrically. Jay-Z raps about the same thing over and over and if you say his "content has been overlooked" than either he is appealing to a bunch of dumbfucks or he isnt doing an adequate job conveying w/e message he wants to (there usually isnt a message lol). Born & Raised > Jay-Z..get over it?
