My mum has a similar issue. I bought her hand sanitizer as a joke for her birthday and she's used it every day. Whenever we are out - yes, I go on outings with my mother. She's my only friend - and she passes a hand sanitizer dispenser, she uses it. You'd be surprised how many opportunities she finds to clean her hands. I'm worried she bleaches them on occasion.
