  • Weiszed: Most kriesels are too expensive for the typical home hobbyist. Our jellyfish tanks were made by a couple of different companies that specialize in exhibit tanks for public aquariums.

Jellies require a lot of special care in addition to their specialized tanks. IMHO, jellies are best left to only the most experienced aquarium keepers. I highly recommend the book How to Keep Jellyfish in Aquariums by Chad Widmer.

  • This is really cool. I wish jellyfish keeping was a more common hobby. I was looking into getting some moon or comb jellies but there isn't enough of a home demand and the krissel tanks are just so expensive. I can see them being more expensive than normal tanks but the prices are outrageous. Who designed your tanks?
