Nice video thank you but what were smoking? Rents of 300 and 400 dollars? You can't rent a studio or bachelor for under 800 and a two-bedroom is 1500 and up in the West End. I have lived here for 15 years.

@crittervan Thanks for the comment and watching :) ! I don't think she said anything about rents being $300-400?? Obviously that is far from accurate...she was talking about housing prices ($300k-$400k), and that would be at the time we shot this so it was a little higher then.
