  • So if you set everyone's desktop to the same folder, would the same things be on all of the desktops

  • @JmaesN I'm not sure that would work because the owner of the desktop has to be the person logging on to the computer, the way you could do that though is if you go onto each PC and put the file/shortcut you want to appear on everyone's desktop into C:\Users\Public\Public Desktop

  • @rookiepaul I think what you want is to give read-write access to the Authenticated Users group

  • Would be nice if you could go through the security permissions on the share folders that ensure only the user and domain admins can access the individual folders. This is where I'm stuck.
