Dieses Video zeigt, wie man eine leere "V" Schleuder schussfertig macht. Man benötigt dazu ein Thera-Tube Gummi, ein Lederchen, etwas Bindfaden, eine Schere und etwa 10 Minuten Zeit.

To be honest I'm surprised that worked so well, it would seem to me that it would only take a slight loosening in the knot for the pouch to "pop out" of the tube.

What is this method like compared to putting the tube through the pouch and back on to it's self then tying the constriction over both like in your power steel slingshot video?

Knot in tube is very safe. Nothing ever happens. The kink and tie method works, but with thick rubber it makes the pouch quite clumsy. I only use it for thin bands. From Thera Tube Green upwards, I clearly recommend the KIT method.

can you suggest what is the best (readily available) Elastic that you can reccomend. The elastic you use cannot be purchaed where i live. I hear Bike tubes, car tubes, truck tubes, elastic bands, speargun elastic. rubber gloves and all sorts of other suggestions.

Please advise you favorite of the lot. I am looking for easily available and LOTS of power.

Where do you live? Thera rubber products should be available anywhere. I use them exclusively and do not have any other tipps. I tested car inner tubes, the material is useless for a slingshot.

I had 50 "V "slingshots made, and sold all of them to German shooters in no time. Of course people needed to know how to change the bands, so I made this instructional video. I had no English buyers and never expected this video to become so popular amongst people that don't own a "V".
