Somebody is paid off here. They know that having Jamie Oliver there is to the children's benefit. They have to. Somebody is protecting an industry that is heavily invested in the school lunch program. It can't be budget. We're talking about a district that can fund contract schools, have some of the best academic programs in the nation, and still make the school look like ikea. This is special interest.

@amyyyamy Some of the workers are parents volunteering. Most hispanic parents do not have to much knowledge of the english language usually they will need to have their child or someone else to translate. I see that alot when I go to work^^

America is never going to change when it comes to food, but I know once I have children I will show them from right and wrong, and what's good for them to eat. I can't believe that while watching these episodes the children didnt know what the heck vegetables were. COME ON! The parents have to take part in this stuff, its not only the teacher's job.
