@cblackford99 I had the same problem, solution is simple. go on google, type d3dx9_41.dll on the searchbar, and click the first link it should be DLL all files com. once you're on the site scroll down a little and download the d3dx9_41.dll fixer. once its finished open it up and let it do its thing. when its done fixing the dll file try running fm 2012 and it should work
