@animalpins They were being violent. Burning buildings, cutting fire houses, general vandalism. Not saying shooting was justified, just pointing out facts.

@gobuckeyecolumbusoh why? the majority of those that were shot weren't even protestors, just students trying to get to class. Who cares if anyone was protesting? They were given that right. They weren't being violent, or hurting anyone. Why did their dissent warrant their murders, to you?

@mcmchugh99 Why? The Professors told the students the National Guard had no bullets in their guns, which led the students to believe that they wouldn't get shot if they threw rocks at the guardsmen and burned down the College ROTC building.
Both parties are guilty, but the students and professors are more guilty then the Guardsmen.
I compare this to the Boston Day Massacre.

Some of the students shot were not even protesting. They were just trying to get to class. Justified? Who ever says that is justified needs help.
