  • this dudes killin it lol but i wouldnt ever do that many reps, i always keep my reps 5 or under and if i need to do more reps then i do it in other sets. shit man if doin that many good reps then either do somethin harder or add weight

    Dont do this everyday... One day you practise, second day you rest, and ove and over... Your muscle structure will not work as effective if you do this everiday.. and if yu\ou can do this 2 times a day everyday, you aint doing it long enough
