@babyjane85388 yeah, looking at photos, the eyebrows are confusingly wrong. haha

@LisaFreemontStreet Yes, I do understand that, but the bit you see her in is at an event, where she would have probably (in my opinion) worn her more theatrical makeup. Anyways, the eyebrows were what really got me, because obviously as you showed, they could have faked the drawn on eyebrow look for it to be more realistic, because I'm pretty sure unless Jean went eyebrow-less, she probably always drew them on. :)

WOW! Stunning! She looks just like Jean Harlow!

@babyjane85388 In the makeup artist's defense, I believe that most of what you see of 'Harlow' in 'the Aviator' is her offscreen persona, which would have been more wearable. Still, the colors aren't quite right for the 30's, as represented in that film. :(
I'll admit, when you first started applying the eyeshadow I thought oh no, this is not going to turn out right.....boy was I happy to be proven wrong! The finished look is really great and very reminiscent of Harlow. :)

@XWarumono Thanks so much! This was a fun video for me. :) I am going to be revisiting 'jean' in another video very soon, using a traditional pin curl set. Please stay tuned. ;-)

i've tried what you did with her hair but the problem i have is my hair falling out of the pins when i go out so i look ridiculous :/ any suggestions as to what pins to use? or how to keep them from falling?

@SASHAxai The bobby pins I use are the ones you get at Sally's beauty Supply in the big cup. THey hold really well. And don't be afraid to use a lot of them since they're going underneath the hair. :)
