  • Lastly! Do not ever purchase any thing claiming to help you loose weight. It is a waste of time. Not every diet works for the mass crowd. My body make-up is different that others, so I have to encompass different foods and work out.

  • continued...your body produces new cells every 3 weeks. Hair, nails, teeth are the only thing not new. Other than that changing your habits will alter your genetic makeup. Also, don't go to a fast food place and get a number 1 super-sized and think "I'm on a diet, I'll take a diet soda." Thats how American's think. Changing what you eat and eating every 2 hours is all it takes. Example 4oz chicken, 1/2 baked potato at 10am and repeat at noon. Then get into tuna and 4 egg whites 2 hrs later.

My brother is huge and like my parents, but his lifestyle is also like theirs. Myself, I don't drink, smoke and am active in sports. Also to the belly fat thing...Kefir, oatmeal, raw nuts, pomegranate, grapefruit are foods that eat away the fat. Now, dieting does not work unless you change your bad habits. SIMPLE.
