Love Diane Sawyer, she's phenomenal and gorgeous.. same as Barbara Walters- the two are impeccable!! If you ever meet them before i do, tell them their "much Loved", .. i'm actually working on a book now.. hope to one day meet them!

Nice micro-work. I agree with mengwally...the hand is fairly large At that proportion it would be about 3 inches taller than the vertical of her face from chin to crown.
Also, you may want to revisit your lightest/darkest points. The eye is pulled downward towards her "cleavage" due to the dark coat, deep shadow on the chest, and white cuff on the shirt. You can pull the eye upward by maximizing the facial shadows and reversing the backdrop.
