It's common to find documents you were not aware of. WCB manipulates the files. Plain and simple. I have had my files sent to me four times in 30 years. Each time they were different. Some documents in later files should obviously have been sent with earlier files. How can a person fight a claim if it takes 30 years for WCB to provide all the information? They have all the medical and other info but manipulate it to force a person into unnecessary appeals. Causing pain, poverty, death.

WCB is killing me, they are murderers, they know i am permanently impaired, yet they are denying me any HELP.
Last night snowed 8", my wife has a fever of 101 and is outside right now shoveling snow so she can take me to my doctors appointment, the extra burden i have become due to my work injury is sad, WCB won't help me with an allowance, they terminated me completely.
WCB has caused me permanent disability with their GROSS NEGLIGENCE of my injury claim, and now they will KILL my wife also.

Dave thanks for bringing the TRUTH of how WCB destroys lives with their bad faith insurance claim practices. What part of needing medical help do the employees at WCB not understand. I just received my medical file from my Doctors office. WCB keeps stating they do not direct Injured Workers medical treatment. I have PROOF this is a lie. WCB has DENIED me my physicians requests for HELP. WCB caused me further injury with their BLATANT denial of my physicians REQUESTS + WARNING of further injury;
