Folks, just one small point. The kid is 12 and, the same as all kids who thrive on encouragement, he hasn't yet developed a tough hide like the rest of us crusty old-timers. I'm sure he checks out the discussion on these videos every now and then, and it would be worth bearing that in mind when offering criticism.
