When choosing cover image in the digital platform is that just an image for the website catalog or does it insert all the proper code for including a cover image into the HTML book file you upload?

@Nkkicute The only cost is the commission. Amazon pays royalties of 70% for e-books prices $2.99 to $9.99; and pays 35% royalties for e-books priced over $9.99. So, Amazon is "paid" 30% or 65% respectively. Otherwise, there are no fees to upload an e-book.
