  • This is huge, Jimmy. Most people don't warm up enough. And old guys like me really need to stretch good, especially the lower back muscles. My back gets so tight right in the middle of my workout, even if I stretch and I don't want to get injured because then I can't work out. I think another important point is to listen to our body. If our body is spasming, we should, stop & stretch those muscles. If our body hurts, it's telling us to stop. Just sayin. Keep on keepin' on Jimmy! Thanks Jimmy!
