@brij86singh To add to what Elite said, I on the other hand will recommend the medium sensitivities. Higher sensitivity does have its pros and cons, so does the lower sensitivities. Higher sensitivity You can turn around quickly if you hear footsteps or someone is shooting behind you Bad side is you might over swing your shot from time to time which can get you killed Lower sensitivity being 3-5 steadier shot but can't turn around as quick which in the end can get youkilled before you face them

@brij86singh This might not be useful but use what ever sensitivity you are comfortable, but of course I would recommend high sensitivities so anything above 5 the reason i say use what ever you are comfortable with is because no one whats to have a guy trying to use 10 sensitivity when he normally plays with 2 it is very sad seeing that, I started with default I then went to "High" then "Very High" then finally I was used to use high sensitivities then i went to "Insane (10)"
