is a chance she might never walk independantly, there are so many reasons why she still needs to be without dislocated hips. Not to mention the fact that it is discrimination not to offer the same treatment that any child would be offered. Be a strong and determined mother and prepare yourself for the battles ahead, your little girl is worth it all.

Maisie is lovely congratulations on such a beautiful daughter. As the mother of 2 boys with special needs that has always demanded that they be given every opportunity to reach their fullest potential, even though no one knows what that potential might be. I feel like I should tell you to be prepared to do anything and I mean anything to make sure your little girl gets what she needs in life. I seriously can't believe a Dr would say that they didn't want to treat her hips. Even though there

Muñeca hermosa con mirada de angel.
She is so sweet. My daughter Lauren was born in September with Spina Bifida and a severe case of Hydrocephalus. She is being treated for one clubbed foot and also has dislocated hips. I find it irritating that drs "don't know if they will bother" fixing theses kids hips. I say give them a fair chance. Now Lauren suprisingly has movement in both legs and feet to a medium level by my judgement, a little less in the clubbed foot/leg. I would love to keep in touch with you!

@TheCassandradjones Hi, Thank you for your comment. Maisie has had the surgery on both of her hips now but unfortunately her right hip is dislocated again. It is hard when you feel that the drs aren't giving your child the chance to fill their potential but having been dealing with it for almost three years I have become alot stronger and able to voice my feelings about what should and shouldn't be done for Maisie. I would love to keep in touch,If there is anything I can help you with just ask
