I agree that the Democratic Party is worrying, Obama promised that he would close Guantanamo Bay, and it never happened. Then there's the Patriot act etc.

The problem is the only other option is Mitt Romney or one of the other fools running for candidacy. I don't like Obama, but I'm sure as hell not supporting Romney.

There's ways of defeating piracy, but allowing our government to abuse their power is no way to combat it. Its actually been shown than pirates purchase more movies and music on average than non pirates. The companies who complain about it don't even contribute that much to our economy, yet they try time and again to pass new laws which stifle technology and innovation. The government is listening to big companies rather than public interest, and the problem this solves isn't even a real one.

Alright then, though all countries has "active" copyright laws, how many of these countries enforce them? Very little, Be that as it may, "blocked" is within "domain name seized and its servers raided". They brought it down, thats evidently how the US Government treats websites with copyrighted material.
