This is a charming piece from Sternreiter. Experience the simplicity of life by a Black Forest barn or house. This peaceful scene depicts a typical Black Forest chalet with a still water pump and pine tree. There are paintings (done by hand!) of beautiful Edelweiss flowers.

The clock has wooden hands, bird, and a wooden dial. It is an affordable clock with all the charm of a Black Forest cottage.

The clock comes packaged in genuine recycled or renewable materials, each clock made and packaged BY HAND by craftsmen the same way they have been for hundreds of years. The cuckoo bird, hands,and numbers are all made of solid wood. The bird moves along with the mechanically produced cuckoo call.
