Mega Man 9: Special Stage Time Attack - 2:47:41

Another pack of downloadable content was released yesterday for Mega Man 9, including two extra difficulty levels and a brand-new Time Attack stage.

What makes this level so long is that you fight all 4 minibosses and the Shark Battleship from Wily Stage 2 all before fighting the final boss. You may recognize the final boss from the ending of the game. If it still doesn't ring a bell, it's Dr. Wily's fake police robot, Fake Man.

The hardest thing about fighting Fake Man is that even with full weapon energy, the Jewel Satellite (his weakness) alone won't be enough to kill him. I would recommend the Plug Ball as a secondary weapon so you can hit him in the air when he jumps back against the wall.

I uploaded a previous run of this new stage, but then later I found much better strategies for the minibosses, so I deleted the old run.

Video #200 is next, so get ready, Guitar Hero fans!

I love to see someone that's just as good as I am (If not, a little bit worse) posting time attacks. I'm tired of seeing those Gods at this game posting themselves beating Magma Man in 3 seconds.

You have some really interesting strategies! For the record, if you reflect Fake Man's bullets with Jewel Satellite, they damage him if they hit him.

i really like this level because it reminds me of the place in the opening of megaman 2.
