  • @Amir1237 no such thing as a squat being too deep

  • Good work, and overall nice technique. One small recommendation is to get your elbows in tighter in the rack so that when you squat they don't hit the tops of your legs. This will allow you to hit a solidly parallel squat and ensure you're not loading your knees. It also makes it much harder. :)

  • @rclaypool Reason for the universal dimensions is so that in Kettlebell lifting competitions you don't have to adjust your lifting technique only the amount of strength, power, etc etc...normal kettlebells generally get larger the heavier they are...they are the kettlebell equivalent of bumper plates i'd guess..

  • @tippzz They're called Pro Grade Kettlebells which sets a universal dimension and size no matter the weight of the kb, originally made for the sport of kettlebell lifting...

  • Music is banging!

  • Thanks Bro awesome work out

  • @klinare

interesting. every small change does have a difference in result.

  • @blizzardcraft barbells and dumbbells with out using them dynamically do not increase your strength but rather useless glamor muscles. On the other hand kettlebells can be used dynamically as seen here which is using muscles that are piratical rather than just getting on the bench and pressing 200lbs.

  • @tippzz They are Olympic size which is why they look big. The concept behind that goes that you my increase in weight but the actual size of it does not change and therefore you do not have to adapt to a different size (not weight) kettlebell.

  • @blizzardcraft What are you talking about? Have you ever even used KBs? Inconsistant what? you are pushing the same weight no matter what. with a bar your stronger side is always going to compensate for your weaker side that sounds inconsistant to me.

  • @blizzardcraft , you obviously dont understand the principals behind kettlebells and functional compound movements. Kettlebells are not unorthodox, and they go up in a specific weight pattern and not an inconsistant weight pattern.

  • @deseterac

those are at least 18kg. look at the size of em compared to his head.
