This Advert break has got to be from 1991 because The Kellogg's Oat Bran Flakes has the copyright date at the start "© 1991 Kellogg Company"

Oh my God, the guy in that Ford ad is Kevin Sorbo, from "Hercules: The Legendary journeys". And "Kellogs Common Sense" for reducing cholesterol??? Had they never heard of statins back then?
