My IVF Tips or Words of Advice

Just some of what worked for me during my IVF cycle and thought I'd share. Of course everyone is different and maybe on different meds. I used Lupron, Follistim and Menopur

when you inject menopur, when you push the plunger in to give the injection do you feel some resistance? I did it tonight and i feel like it takes forever to push the plunger down.. could that mean i got into the muscle and not fat??? i am pretty skinny and go straight in but do pinch skin, but tonight i let go of the pinched skin during it

@MaRiSa22Bunny It always took me forever to inject the Menopur. I would say literally a minute or two to push the plunger in. I always felt resistance. I never felt like it was in the muscle though since the needles are so tiny plus I always kept the skin pinched the whole time. I think that the Menopur is just thicker and takes longer to come through the little needle. Good luck and I hope this is your month!!

All good stuff. Just as an FYI, I'll be starting round 2 of IVF in about a week. Wish us luck, as we have been trying for a lot of years for this. I am glad to hear about your HPT being BFP, now don't forget to report your BETA for us on Monday.

Hi! I'm planning to do IVF Aug/Sept. I just wanna say thank you for doing this vlog. I really appreciate the info. It's a scary process , but it helps to hear from someone who has been through it. Congrats on your BFP! Godbless

Tips and advice are always good! This time around I'm experiencing things I did not the first time, so you just never can be too prepared. But thank you for the thoughts and prayers. Cant wait to see if you are having twins. God bless <3

I am using the same meds as you, injectibles that is. Wow, if it worked for you, maybe I will get a BFP too! I loved this pep talk full of helpful information. Sticky vibes to Reese and Snicker!
