Plus a Police team is hanging around the same street to get hold of anyone who tries to offer and pick the hijra, so that they can earn few quick Rupees as well. In the clip you can see that the guy/girl with full make up & wearing a very low neck kameez (exposing her cleavage) refuses to give us an interview. Shortly afterwards, she hides away behind the tress to be followed by a Jeep with men. The deal didn't go through maybe because she only wanted to go with one person and not a group for his /her safety. While all this was happening one of the cops on the motorcycle was hit by a car, who ran off. Maybe the car guy was trying to take his revenge on the police. So it was all happening.
