  • Temple of the dog wasnt a band it wa a tribute CD to alice in Chains Layne when he died from a heroin overdose, But i love the CD and this is a great cover.

  • It was a tribute to Andy Wood from Malfunkshun, who played with guys who would later go on to form Pearl Jam and Soundgarden.

And I'm thrilled about this cover, because I'll never get to hear the real thing but this is a damn good second.

  • "Santa's not southern." He is adorable. Great video, thanks!

  • Haha that's what I called my Facebook album!

    You're welcome!

  • Temple of the Dog and David Cook. Wow. Those two things cannot be together, the world may explode!

He ROCKED the end of that song. God, I love him.

  • Someone threw that fingerless glove up to him onstage and he put it on.

  • David cook is amazing no matter what people say and having his brother (R.I.P.) on stage with him makes this show much more special... Specially dressed as Santa.

  • @seattlesound9194

    ... and Mother Love Bone.

  • Hunger Strike is one of my favorite covers that David does. He is a truly gifted singer.

  • Layne died in 2002. Temple of the Dog was formed in 1990...a project yes...but still a band.

  • Guyliner!!! :) And Skibby! And fingerless blue glove!!! There are almost too many things that are awesome about this video. <3

  • kind of a weird sounding key... sounds a step lower or so.. but still good.. he's really talented

  • no it was a tribute to mother lovebone singer,

  • @boycottqfm

layne died 12 years after the CD be released, so, you're wrong

    and it was a band

  • That guy can not sing Eddie's part.
