Embarq's Ridiculous Customer Service

I work at embarq well know centurylink.. I do VR overnights dude and yea the only thing they let's us do is dispatch techs ain't really nothing else

embarq suckks and the bad thing is that i can't get another company 'Cause they have a monopolio on my town that reallyyyy sucks@!!!!!

Why not call the Housing Authority and tell them they are giving out the wrong number?

From what I understand about this guy's account,he used this to fax for a busniess,and he did alot of faxing. When he was read the disclaimer,he should of been informed that you can NOT use the ULD for any form of busniess transactions.

One time I got the overflow calling for people ordering tickets for a concert happening locally. I called the phone company like ten times (AT&T) and they kept saying, "We will fix it," and never did. I got so sick of it, I decided to screw with people and took orders from people for six hours. Sold over 200 tickets, of which I told them to just pick tickets up at the gate. Needless to say, it made the local newspaper with all these people not getting the tickets they were promised. It was great

I am so sorry that happened to you, he should have changed your phone number at no cost to you, and credited you for the days your phone was off. They are working to improve their customer service.

omg embarq sucks

I dumped Embarq service because I wasn't getting my calls and because they told me I could, then couldn't get high speed internet. They didn't tell me about their air card, so that I wasted money getting 2 phone lines and 2 dial ups. They disconnected my 23 year old business number before I hooked up with Nextel the next day. Embarq LOST MY NUMBER. They won't even put a recording on my old number saying my number is changed.
