this is a very methodical routine, that, like any technique, can be improved upon by practice. teams like audi or peugeot will spend about an hour per test day just practicing the pit stop routine, which can be very tiring. if any of you have had the chance to do enduro racing, you know how exhilarating just one stop can be. try doing that 20x in a row perfectly, thats the level of demand it takes. obviously, grand am is no different. really goo video guys.
