congrats on those 45 lbs being gone for good! 2 meds gone too! 50 is just around the corner. exercise will eventually be your friend. it took me about 15 weeks to get started, the weight loss slowed down and realized i was not following the "rules" to weight loss. when i started it changed my life and has made this journey even better. good to see you! each day we have a choice to enjoy it arriving. i'm with you!
