I just put this together with the isolated bass, SO AWESOME!! Some how I managed to get it lined up just right, and it sounds AMAZING!

I like the "less is more" approach that Entwistle used on the bass line, in this song it is ideal.

Is there any chance on getting an isolated guitar version of this, with or without the keyboard/synthesizer in the background? I've always wanted to get ahold of a nice clean vocal free version of this...

The "synth" on this cut is actually a Yamaha E70 organ. There are a number of E70 demos on YouTube. The E70 apparently shared some circuit designs with the Yamaha CS80 synthesizer.
