  • Hate and fear can be rejected and love and compassion can prevail no matter what. We must work for the future freedoms of all each and every day.

  • This is a teardrop on the cheek of history. A moment when the devil smiled and hope died. Yet in this eulogy Teddy was able to bestow a riveting testament in defiance of a blow that devistated the world. That's all we have. And its signifigant. Bravery in battle and great intelligence surround us but fear and shock along with hate outweigh love and compassion.

  • A remarkable speech.

  • Robert Kennedy, the best President America never had?

  • I defy you to listen to and not cry.

  • Where have all of our leaders gone? Why can't the GOP have such feeling and caring for the people of this country?

  • Those last personal comments, once he finishes quoting Bobby's speech, are absolutely heartbreaking. Anyone who has buried a loved one, and has tried to speak in the immediate moments of grief, will understand the emotion held in that quavering voice. Very moving.

  • Whoever gives the eulogy at Ted's funeral, should recite a piece of this eulogy.

  • Beautiful. It seems very timely for us today as well.
