Hello, with respect... How old is Sensei Garrett, and how come no counting in Japanese?

Is there three Rohai kata? This is Rohai taught in 50s, by Master Soken to Yoshimatsu Akamine Shinshii, when he was 16. During training in 70s this was taught as a 7th Dan kata. Sad to see some systems teaching it as a kyu kata. Not good
