$30,000. Coleman only gave back $20,000, claiming the remaining $10,000 was already spent in the '02 cycle and the books are closed. But he's given back money from the '02 after the books were closed. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Coleman's chief of staff is married to Stevens's chief of staff. You think?
This is such a weak issue. Barely a scandal. Far, far less damaging than everything Franken has been in trouble for (and actually been found guilty of). Why not dog Franken about his continual troubles instead of digging up this long-dead issue about Coleman over and over and over. If this is the most unethical thing you've got on Coleman, and it appears it is, you've no chance of beating him on the issue of which candidate is the most ethical.
Thanks.
Time to check out who else in the Corrupt Bastards Club gave Coleman money.
Was Coleman one of the Republican Senators who got free fishing trips to Alaska?

The Senate Ethics committee looking into the ethical behavior of our Senator is embarrassing.
