At the entrance to the Glen - the Church - symbolic of the last chance and only escape and the folly - Captain Sinclairs folly - a metaphor for the alien infested reality and its artificial redundancy and contrived failures and wars. The faerie glen Uigg isle of skye is in the north west portion of the island. Note also the famous Storr or phallic rock at Portree - it staggers the imagination as to how the retreating glacier totally missed that when it sanded down the surrounding mountains to a smooth paste. all in all the energy over matter paradigm is in full view whilst the locals uphold the traditions of the cloutie tree and appeasement - which never seems to work - one can't help wonder if the local sheep there were someone we once knew !!
scotland is replete with its 19th century architectural follies all tied into the mystery that is earth, that it is deliberately fey and gowkish because the humans are being farmed imo
