I got my dad an Inkling for his birthday. he's having trouble importing to illustrator. He says "It draws great! follows my drawing with ease and perfection. However, where I need to use it as a vector drawing is in Illustrator where it appears as a random list of text. I have tried many times to export to illustrator and it comes up as computer code text an numbers".
Can you offer any advice on how to help him import it into Illustrator successfully?

i am a type of drawer who erases ALOT is that going to be a problem or does this pen give the possibility to erase things?

That "player" feature is incredible! That will certainly make it easier to make "speed drawings". Can you export it as a video file?

Seems very interesting with a lot of potential. WHEN is it going to be out? For sale?

seems cool but useless at the same time.

Does it have a blue tooth or WI-FI connection or you must necessarily use the USB to transfer?
At least it could use a phone to send all away to a client or to the home to back up.
If a camera can do that why not this marvel?

@xxxleithxxx I'm thinking that if you draw something in pencil, then carefully ink over it, it'll come out looking nice. The inkling was designed for sketching, so they use sketchy pictures as an example. I plan to use one to skip scanning and outlining with the mouse.

Seems more practical for use with photoshop. I was expecting it to produce more of a clean vector in illustrator. However still looks like a fun and valuable tool.
I noticed this video doesn't have that awesome music so I'll get that going for you guys.

@crowdcutmedia
You sketch in pencil first, then you outline in pen.
