its been 5 days i'm practicing yoga with your channel, i luv it thnx so much, but this pose is really hard, i can't raise my legs... will it come with time? or i have to do some other poses to improve my body to get ready for this pose?

Yes this is a tough one . It will come with time it can take years ( Better to be going forward thanbackwards) the complete sequence will help with this .
